John Sio
John leads go-to-market at Truth Computing, and he owns and directs Truth Academy. He has spent his life investing in young people, through the City of Montclair's after-school program, the classrooms of the Ontario-Montclair School District, and five years with Civil Air Patrol cadets. He has mentored our team for years, and the standards he holds people to are a big part of who we are trying to be.
The work
We go inside a business, find the work that is hardest to get right, and rebuild it, until the people who depend on it can trust it completely.
In his words
John is Head of Go-to-Market at Truth Computing. He also owns and directs Truth Academy. He has spent his life investing in young people. He co-founded MAP Elite Fitness & Leadership Academy, and he has given more than fifteen years to the City of Montclair's after-school program, where he started as Learning Coordinator in 2010 and is now Senior Learning Coordinator, helping kids build confidence, discipline, and a love of learning.
From 2011 to 2016 he served as a Cadet Programs Officer with the Civil Air Patrol in Upland, where he earned the Brig. Gen. Charles E. Yeager Award and the Gen. Benjamin O. Davis, Jr. Award. From 2014 to 2023 he taught across the Ontario-Montclair School District as a certificated substitute. He is a University of Southern California alumnus, with a BA in Political Science.
Away from the classroom, John is a lifelong sports fan. He is a proud shareholder of the Green Bay Packers and the Atlanta Braves, and he still follows USC baseball and golf and stays close to the Trojan community that shaped him. He has mentored our team for years, and the patience, encouragement, and high standards he brings to everyone around him are a big part of who we are trying to be.
